This time with your left palm on to your left ear and push it in and release 1 2 3 4 5 and push it in and hold it for 5 seconds 1 2 3 4 5 Now, with your right palm on your right ear and push it in 1 2 3 4 5 and push it in and hold it in 5 seconds 1 2 3 4 5.
And relax left palm on to your left ears right thumb on to your right nose and breathe out through your left nose 1 2 [Blow your nose as hard as you can].
