Green tea is one of the health ##iest beverages on the planet. It is loaded with potent antioxidants called catechins. And the most important of these is epigallocaticaticin galate. It’s a substance that boosts metabolism.
And this is what helps the body metabolize fat much quicker. Ultimately, your fat cells break down more fat, which is released into your bloodstream for use as energy by cells like muscle cells. Here is my green tea. I’m going to put it inside a hot, boiling cup of water. I’ll take my half teaspoon of cinnamon and pour it right in there when it’s real hot. It’s steaming right now. Take my spoon and just gently move it around in there and stir it up until that cinnamon starts to dissolve.
