And when it comes to antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties, there’s nothing like tea tree oil. And tea tree oil has amazing mucolytic properties. That means it helps dissolve mucus in your respiratory tract all the way up into the sinuses.

But what’s really miraculous about this oil is it does so many other things for your body, like removing funguses. It can help remove funguses from toenails by applying a drop or two on the nail, or if you’re sensitive, mixing it with a carrier oil or lotion.

And when it comes to acne, these antibacterial properties can do wonderful things. Hundreds of thousands of people have benefited from using tea tree oil. Some people put it directly on the acne, although I would recommend to always dilute it because you may be sensitive to tea tree oil.

And tea tree oil has a unique and very refreshing scent that when you just inhale it just a little bit, those fumes affect our olfactory nerve within our nasal area. That sends messages to the limbic system of our brain.

That changes your emotions. It makes you feel relaxed. It takes depression away. It causes these endorphins to be released. You feel just happier. You might want to try that besides using it for your lungs.

And the research shows that tea tree oil definitely has medicinal healing properties. So let’s get right to the nuts and bolts. What are some things you can do to get these quick results? Again, you can put this in a diffuser, a few drops, let the steam move into the room.

Allow that steam to get up into your nasal area, down into the respiratory tract. It works as a great mucolytic. It takes away coughs. It will help you breathe better. It just heals through these antimicrobial properties that tea tree l carries.

Another thing you can do is you can take a drop or two and put it in some boiling water. You can put a little towel over your head, and those fumes, the vapors can make its way up to the nasal area. Or you can actually boil some water.

Take a rolled up towel, a little towel, roll it up, wring it out, take a few drops, put it on the towel, and put it up next to your nose. People have responded very well to it. My favorite is to take a few drops of tea tree oil, put it on a tissue, don’t put it under your pillow, but put it next to your pillow.

That these healing fumes seems to do wonderful things for our respiratory tract. Again, you can just immediately feel it in your sinuses. You’ll get this tingling sensation, stimulating that olfactory nerve. You’ll feel your congestion start to subside.

You’ll breathe easier, not only into your sinuses, but down into your respiratory tract, all the way into your lungs. So you may want to consider a couple of drops on a tissue next to your pillow when you go bed.

And you’ll not only sleep better and through the night, but when you wake up, you’re going to be shocked. I hope you enjoyed this video. Please share it with your friends and family. And most important, make it a great day. I’m Dr. Alan Mandel.
