Muscles can become weak, the face can then sag and the skin becomes loose. And all these facial exercises increase blood flow to the skin, delivering oxygen and nutrients essential for collagen synthesis. This increased circulation stimulates fibroblasts, the cells responsible for producing collagen.

And these exercises will keep your skin looking so much younger and healthier. Our first exercise are called cheek lifts. What we’re going to do here is we’re going to close our lips together and we’re going to smile with the edge of our lips going upwards towards our eyes.

Go ahead, keep your lips together and smile as the outside of your lips go upwards. And you’re going to hold that for about 5 seconds. You’ll come back. You’ll do about six to eight repetitions. And our second exercise is forward head smoothing.

I want you to take your two fingers, put it right on top of your eyebrows. I want you to push down. As you lift your eyebrows up against your fingers. You’re going to hold it up about 5 seconds, then you’ll let it down. You’ll do ten repetitions.

And to work those muscles on the outside of your lower face as well as under the jaw, we want to do our jaw exercises. One of the greatest exercises we can do is just jutting the jaw forward. Go ahead, put your fingers underneath your neck area, feel the muscles contract and you’ll go back.

After a couple of seconds. You’ll do several repetitions, six to eight repetitions. But what I’d like you to do is bring your chin forward and lift your head upwards. As you do so, you’ll get more contracture of the muscles.

Go ahead, forward. Look up, put your hands, fingers underneath the chin and feel those muscles contract. Do six to eight repetitions of those as well. Right after that, I like you to take your tongue and push it up against your hard palate.

As you do so, take your fingers, put it underneath your jaw, feel those muscles underneath the jaw area, the neck area start to contract. You’ll take the tongue, you’ll push it up, hold it about three or 4 seconds. You’ll relax, bring it up again, push it up against the hard palate.

Feel these muscles become nice and tight. You’ll do eight to ten repetitions of those. And to do some simple eye exercises, I like you to close your eyes and open it up wily. Hold it there, then close it again. Open it up wily and do about 30 of those.

That will work all those muscles around the eyes and we’ll start to tone up those muscles and keep the skin nice and firm. And a great exercise for your forehead area to keep it nice and smooth. Prevent those wrinkles and keep those muscles strong.

Take your thumb, put it right above your eyebrows. Take your index finger, put it below your hairline. I want you to push in and pull it out. Stretch out your forehead. Get rid of those wrinkles. Keep it nice and smooth.

As you’re in this position, lift your eyebrows up against your fingers as it resists. Hold it up 5 seconds and relax. Keep it nice and smooth. Lift your eyebrows straight up against your thumbs, 5 seconds.

You do eight repetitions of those and one of the greatest things that we can do when it comes to increasing collagen is stimulating increased circulation, more blood supply and one of the great ways of doing it is just taking your pads of your fingers and tapping all around.

When you’re done, I want you to tap all around the forehead, going down the outside of the cheeks, around the nose, above the lips, below the lips. You can do it underneath the jaw. By doing this, it stimulates collagen.

This is the best natural way, the healthiest way, increasing circulation to keep everything healthy. I will promise you that if you do these exercises daily, spend a few minutes, you can be creative. You will definitely see great results in weeks. This will definitely make a huge difference.
