1 Amino Acid…Opens Arteries, Increase Blood Flow
Cardiovascular disease is a number one killer worldwide. And there are many things that lead to this, like clogging of the arteries, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, as well as many others.
And I’m going to share with you something today that can make a tremendous difference in your life if you’re having poor blood circulation into your extremities, if you notice that you’re always tired and fatigued and even having dizziness, as well as chronic brain fog.

It’s an amino acid called Lcitrulline. Your body does produce it in small amounts, although through these foods I’m about to share with you, lcitrulline will get converted to larginine. And larginine, another amino acid, will get converted to nitric oxide.
It’s a gas that’s being released within our blood vessels that vasal dilates. It opens up the blood vessels. In other words, when we have clogging within an artery, there’s less blood supply that gets through that lumen of that artery, making it harder in the heart, raising the blood pressure, trying to get blood supply to all parts throughout our body.
If we can vasal dilate it and open it up through proper nutrition and or supplementation if needed, you are going to feel so much better and your body is going to be so much healthier.
