Chamomile is a great stress fighter and even lowers levels of stress hormones like cortisol. And you know what cortisol does? It increases visceral fat. That’s the bad fat. And green tea has been shown to help reduce fat throughout your body by increasing your metabolic rate.

It’s those powerful antioxidants and particularly those catechins that help speed up your metabolism, which helps the body break down that excessive fat. Green tea can help improve brain function as well as brain aging. It can also reduce the risk of heart disease as well as type two diabetes.
