That causes inflammation as well as high cholesterol, which leads to further plaquing as well as inflammation that occurs in the vessels that restricts oxygen, restricts blood flow to all the cells where it’s supplying.

And when it comes to lowering blood pressure, there’s nothing like hibiscus tea. It’s loaded with nutrients and it’s filled with powerful antioxidants that help prevent cell damage. And those powerful antioxidants such as anthocyaninus, which is known to prevent many chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer, andabiscus will cause a vasal dilation and opening of the vessels, taking pressure off the heart, not allowing the heart to work as hard, so the body can lower blood pressure and get you healthy.

And Abyssco T has powerful properties to lower bad cholesterol levels. The LDLs, the low density of proteins. It stimulates the kidneys to work as a diuretic to get rid of that excessive fluid or Bloating that you have within your body. And Ceylon cinnamon will help reduce your systolic and diastolic levels. This spice has powerful antidiabetic properties.

It will help reduce fasting blood sugar levels and saline. Cinnamon is also known to help lung congestion, clearing mucus as well as cynusitis. And it’s a cinnamoldhyde in cinnamon that has these powerful antioxidants and antiinflammatory properties.

And it can help the blood vessels prevent plaquing. And cinnamon helps lower the blood sugar, imitating the effects of insulin and increasing glucose transport into the cells. And cinnamon also dilates and relaxes the blood vessels, putting less stress on the heart as blood pressure is being lowered.

And honey also has healing medicinal properties as antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal. And raw honey is rich in antioxidants such as flavonoids and phenolic acids. The antioxidants and raw honey help neutralize reactive oxygen species in your body, which can build up in cells and cause damage.

And this damage can contribute to conditions like premature aging, type two diabetes and heart disease. So here’s what I like you to do. You’re going to take one cup of hot boiling water. You’re going to put one hibiscus tea bag in there.

You’re going to use one, two teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon, let it steep for about five to six minutes, and then put about a half a teaspoon to a teaspoon of raw honey. You’re going to mix it around. You’re going to drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and do it again later on in the day.

I’d like you to check your blood pressure levels and see how your body responds. And when it comes to honey, many people are saying, well, I can’t take it because I’m a diabetic. Remember? Taking cinnamon with honey will assimilate much differently in your system.

You can actually lower the amount of honey or don’t use it at all. I wish you good health. Please share this with your friends and family. And most important, make it a great day. I’m Dr. Alan Mandel.
