I’m going to share something with you that’s going to help your blood pressure. Millions and millions of people worldwide wide have high blood pressure and don’t even know it. And we know that high blood pressure can cause many serious diseases to our heart.

A heart attack, our brain, a stroke. It can affect our kidneys as well as our eyes. And there are many things that can cause high blood pressure, like simple stress, not enough sleep, obesity, diabetes, too much glucose floating around in the arteries.

You’re going to drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and do it again later on in the day.
