Cucumbers are very low in sugar that helps you lose weight effectively. Cucumbers will help promote a clean gut that will help you get rid of your constipation. Parsley is very low in calories and contains many essential nutrients such as vitamin A, B, C and K, as well as many important minerals. It’s rich in chlorophyll, which improves detoxification and supports weight loss.

So you’re going to put it all together, blend it up, pour it in your cup. It’s going to be about eight or 9oz full, give or take. Good cup full. This is like magic. It tastes delicious. I feel that zing going down my esophagus into my stomach.
