You’re going to need one cup of boiling water, one quarter teaspoon of garlic powder, one quarter teaspoon of ginger powder, the juice of one half of a fresh lemon, and a few drizzles of honey, or if needed, a natural sweetener.

So once you have your cup of hot water, you’ll put your quarter teaspoon of your garlic powder and your quarter teaspoon of your ginger powder in the cup and stir it up. You’ll put a half a lemon, squeeze a juice into it, let it cool a little bit more, and then you’ll squeeze your honey to sweeten it up or your natural sweetener.

Now if you want to use a whole garlic or ginger, you’re going to use approximately one garlic clove if you want to boil the tea, or a small piece of ginger. I like the powder because it’s quick, it’s simple, and it’s very, very effective. You’ll stir it up and I’m telling you that once you taste this, it’s potent, it’s strong, it’s smooth.
