The caffeine in coffee will stimulate the nervous system, which sends direct signals to the fat cells, telling them to break down fat. And the coffee also works by blocking an inhibitory neurotransmitter called adenosine.

And by blocking adenosine, the caffeine in coffee increases the firing of these neurons and releases the neurotransmitters like dopamine and norepinephrine. And this will give you more energy. And what does that mean?

That means that you’re ready to do more and burn more calories, which is going to help your body burn more fat. And what’s even more interesting is that coffee will help increase your resting metabolic rate, which means it increases the number of calories you burn at rest.

You’re going to need one cup of hot coffee, either brewed or instant. One quarter to one half teaspoon of ground cinnamon, one tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and a few drizzles of raw organic honey. So here I have raw honey, organic cinnamon as long as my fresh lemon.

So these are your two options, instant coffee or regular fresh ground coffee. It’s hot, it smells delicious. If you use instant coffee, you’ll use one teaspoon to a glass of water. And what you’ll do is you’ll take your ingredients, you’ll take your lemon and your cinnamon, you’ll mix it in real well.

I want this to cool down a little bit before you put your honey in. Remember, honey is fragile. It has antioxidants and many healing medicinal properties in there. You don’t want to put the honey in when it’s smoking hot.

After that, what you’re going to do is you’re going to drink this at least ten minutes prior, no less, before your first meal, which is breakfast. And you can actually do this again later on in the day, as long as it’s before a meal.
