How Eggs Heal Your Brain
But I want to explain what egg eggs can do for your brain. And there’s no doubt that eggs are a nutritional powerhouse, providing high quality protein that’s essential for neurotransmitter function, brain cell growth and repair.
The amino acids in eggs support the synthesis of new proteins necessary for optimal brain function.
