A Magical Trick to Clear Your Sinus
I have something quite fascinating I want to share with you. If you’re experiencing any type of nasal congestion, difficulty breathing, you’re going to love this technique. Let me first tell you about the nasal sinuses.
The perinazal sinuses are a group of four peered, air filled spaces that surround the nasal cavity. The maxillary sinuses are located under the eyes. The frontal sinuses are above the eyes. The ethnoidal sinuses are between the eyes and the spinoidal sinuses are behind the eyes.
And with those viruses, bacterias as well as those, allergies our sinuses can get inflamed. It gets congested, it starts to hurt, it affects our breathing, it affects our sleep, we become miserable. And our brain is the master system of our body.
It’s our central nervous system. This coordinates all the systems. That means our organs, our tissues and all our glands. And there’s always that communication from the outside of our body to our brain. And that means the outside nerves we call afference.
That makes its way back up to the nervous systems of the brain. And the brain then communicates those messages and then we get efferent that can actually move muscles.
But through the communication system, there are lots of intricate systems happening, as well as the many, many neurotransmitters in the human brain, which is affecting acetylcholine, norepinephrine, dopamine, GABA, glutamate, serotonin, histamine, as well as many others.
And the purpose of this technique is to work with a master point called Pericardium six. And its location is three finger lengths from the crease of the wrist in the center. So let me show you how effective this technique is. Take three of our fingers, the second, third and fourth.
Take the second finger to line it up with the crease of the wrist right here, and put it face down on the front part of the forearm. If you see this last finger right there, that last finger is our landmark in the center. So right where this finger is, right about here, that is PC six.
Now, this is what makes the technique exciting. You’re going to put pressure on there a lot of pressure. And what you need to do is, as you put pressure, push in and down. Holding that point, take your wrist and extend it backwards like this.
And as you extend backwards, you must feel a significant stretch that is stimulating a ferrent nerve, going right to the brain, sending a reflex right to the sinuses. You will feel sensation changes behind the sinus area. You’ll hold that about 20 seconds, come back again.
As you come back, you’ll feel less pressure. Push in firmly. Push in and down. Hold it, get the tension. Bring that wrist straight back again. You must feel it stretch in there. As you hold that stretch another 20 seconds, you’ll start to feel changes behind the nasal area.
So I want you to do this three to four times, holding the pressure, bringing the wrist back, getting that good stretch. Holding. 20 seconds. Coming back a few seconds, and then you’ll repeat. This is going to make big changes.
As you feel that pressure, just relax and have patience. This can take up to 1520 minutes. You’ll feel changes start to occur. Do this as often as necessary. You will be surprised.
