Home Remedy Teas for Healing Inflammation
Every sickness, disease, pain, symptoms, all have inflammation. And today, I’m going to share with you some excellent teas. We’re any of these you may have in your household kitchen right now, but these teas are going to help that inflammation get out of your body so it can continue to repair and heal.
And all these teas that I’m about to share with you have strong antioxidants that fight free radicals, that fight against heart disease, diabetes, autoimmune problems, and even cancers. Mostly everyone has black tea in their kitchen right now.
Black tea contains theoflavins, a polyphenol that’s responsible for reducing inflammation and promoting overall health. And black tea has powerful antioxidants that’s known to reduce acute and chronic inflammation.
And studies show that black tea can also improve glucose metabolism and insulin function. And green tea is one of my favorites. It’s filled with antioxidants called catechins. It contains epigallocaticin gallate, which is the most powerful type of catechin. And green tea will boost and protect your cardiovascular system.
It helps keep those arteries clean. Peppermint tea has proven antibacterial, antiviral, and inflammation reducing compounds. It helps the body relieve stress, soothe congestion or irritation related to allergies, and it boosts your immune system to help combat colds and flu.
And ginger tea has powerful antioxidants that will protect against inflammatory conditions. This will also help your digestive tract and will combat many gastrointestinal problems. Ginger also reduces oxidative stress to help fight those free radicals in the body.
And it inhibits the production of proinflammatory cytokines that make inflammation happen more frequently in the body. And when it comes to inflammation and pain, there’s nothing like turmeric. And the main player in turmeric is curcumin, a compound that gives the spice its stunning golden hue.
And many studies have shown that the curcumin, the inflammatory blocker, is as effective as some of the antiinflammatory drugs without major side effects. And lastly, chamomile tea is a great natural antiinflammatory with no caffeine.
Chamomile tea functions like a cox two inhibitor, a type of an antiinflammatory drug that’s prescribed to treat pain. And chamomile tea will totally relax your brain and body. It’s excellent to take before you go to sleep.
It will take away stress and get you to fall asleep real quick. And remember that these teas have powerful antioxidants it’s not only going to help ease that inflammation, it’s going to help all your bodily systems, your heart, your lungs, your brain, your kidneys, your intestines.
It’s a win win situation. I hope that this video serves you well. Please share it with your friends and family. Please leave your comments below. And most important, make it a great day. I’m Dr. Alan Mandel.
