How To Increase Oxygen Level Immediately
Welcome Dr. Mandel. Here you may be thinking how can you get more oxygen into your body? The seconds and the answer is through nasal breathing. When you breathe into your nose, there are many different physiological changes that take place in your body.
You are going to be amazed when you hear these facts. 50% of the world breathe mainly through their mouth. And this not only can dry out your tongue, gums and teeth, but this will increase acid buildup in the mouth and this can lead to more tooth decay and as a result of that increased bacteria, this will cause bad breath.

Getting into your lungs cold air getting to your lungs through mouth breathing will vasil constrict those bronchials which can lead to asthma and or pulmonary issues, limiting the amount of oxygen to get into those lungs.
Nasal breathing can prevent problems like sleep apnea that will prevent the tongue from falling backwards into the throat region. Increasing your oxygen levels will keep your body so much healthier. It will improve wound healing.
It will help your vision, your mental clarity and intelligence. It will boost your immune system, it will reduce stress levels, it helps the body fight cancer cells, it will improve your cardiovascular system and respiration.
