Now, there are many remedies out there that do help blood pressure, but there is one important flavorful, aromic spice, that very few people know about. It’s called cardamom. Cardamom is used in a number of mixed spices, but it has this minty, spicy, herb like flavor and smell and this warm taste.

And when it’s consumed, it gives your mouth this mouth freshening feeling. But when it comes to high blood pressure, there is magic in this spice. This helps relax those arteries. It works as a diuretic, where it helps you excrete extra fluid that you’re possibly retaining.

Cardamom is known to lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure significantly. You want to take one, two teaspoon two times a day, preferably in the morning and in the evening, so this can be added to your breakfast bowl or oats or any other healthy breakfast cereal.

Cardamom is also tasty on your warm salads or in dowels and curries. You can put this in your yogurts, your teas, your green teas, your herbal teas, or just mix it however you’d like to. We know that high blood pressure is dangerous, at least to heart attacks and strokes.

Well, here is something that is safe and yet very effective. Please share this with your friends and family. Leave your comments below. And most important, make it a great day. I’m Dr. Alan Mandel.
