So what we’re going to learn today, we’re going to learn the benefits of what this oil can do for your skin when it comes to preventing wrinkles. As well as keeping your skin smooth and healthy. Argan oil is going to do so much more than just your face and your skin, but other parts of your body as well, which

I’ll show you in just a little while. But I’m also going to review some simple ways of massaging these muscles with argan oil to increase collagen. That’s what’s going to keep your skin nice and healthy. And then we’ll move that lymph.

That lymph extradates those toxins that’s sitting in your facial area that could be causing wrinkles, causing you to break out. How we can flush it out to the ears and down into the neck to cleanse your lymphatic system, which I’ll touch on that as well.

Argan oil is a great moisturizer for your skin, and it will not clog your pores. It’s rich in fatty acids, such as oleic and linoleic acid, which helps hydrate and nourish the skin, promoting a more radiant complexion. And these powerful antioxidants, like vitamin e, help protect your skin from those free radicals, preventing fine lines and wrinkles.

And argan oil’s antiinflammatory properties help soothe and calm your irritated skin. And if you have acne, argan oil will not clog those pores. It will help fight that acne, the redness, the inflammation. That’s where those powerful antioxidants come in.

And regular use of argan oil will brighten your skin, will help even out the skin tone, and help fade dark spots, promoting a more youthful and radiant appearance. And the best ways to use argan oil on your face.

As a moisturizer, you’re going to apply just a few drops to a clean, damp face in the morning and or night, gently massage it into the skin until it’s fully absorbed. And for skin treatment, you can use argan oil as a spot treatment for dry patches under the eye circles or areas of irritation.

As a makeup primer, you can apply a small amount of argan oil to the skin before applying makeup to create a smooth base and enhance its longevity. And what I love about argan oil is that you do not need a carrier oil.

You can use this directly on your skin. For example, if I’m going to take a few drops, maybe three, four or five drops, you can put on your fingertips. Then you can go ahead, you can just dab your other finger. Then you can start dabbing your face around under your eyes.

You can leave it under your eyes. It will help those bags and those dark circles. You can apply it, dab it around your facial area, on your forehead. But here’s the trick. Once that argan oil is in there, it’s not going to clog your pores.

You can take these fingertips and lightly stroke it as you’re massaging around little circles. You can just stimulate around and just massage those muscles, increase in circulation, hyperemia. We’re going to go ahead and reduce those extra dates, which I’ll show you in just a second.

But this is going to help build collagen. The arganol has great antiinflammatory effects. We’ll get rid of those red spots, the irritation, acne. I just want you to massage those delicate, beautiful muscles in your face because they need some love, they need to be worked.

And as you build that collagen, your skin is going to look more beautiful. It’s going to be more toned because that collagen is what we need. As we get older. We lose collagen as we get older. So just get in there and massage it. You can tap it.

And you’ll notice as you keep using that argan oil, as it gets into your skin, it will not feel greasy. It’s beautiful. It will not feel greasy. Now, once you stimulate this and you get that little sensation, you get that we call that tingling sensation.

We know we’re getting lots of blood in there, but here’s the ticket. Inside our facial area, our cells are given off toxins and waste products all the time. Part of healing, part of cleansing. So what we want to do now is I want you just to lightly, lightly.

We’re going to work the lymphatic system. I’m going to want you just to take a nice light touch and just drag it towards the ears just like this. And what we’re doing is I want you to pull that fluid, but I do not want you to push hard, just real lightly, because that lymphatic fluid sits underneath the skin.

And as we bring it to the front of the ear, that’s called the parotid lymph nodes. And I just want to bring it back towards that ear, that front of the ear. And you’re going to spend a little time just bringing it back towards get her into that swelling and inflammation.

You never notice when you wake up in the morning, you’re nice and puffy, your eyes, your face. Well, guess what?

As you continue to do this little technique towards our ear, spend a minute or two, and once this Fluid comes into the Prada lymph nodes in front of the ear here, that eventually is going to drain into the jugulo digastric lymph nodes that’s behind the ear.

But before we drain them, I want you to come to the clavicular area in here, and I want you to cross your fingers and go in little circles like this because this is the area where it’s draining. We want to open this up. So you’re going to go little circles over your clavicle, stimulate it for about 20 seconds.

And after that, we’re going to come back on both sides of the ears, and we’re going to bring it straight down just like this, nice and lightly. And this is going to drain all that excessive lymph fluid into the thoracic ducts, which is going to go into the subcladian vein back into our system so that fluid can get out.

That’s key. Now, another important thing, this is one of my favorites. If you take a little bit of that Argan oil and put it on your cuticles, you are going to be the happiest person in the world. Because as much as we wash our hands or we have dry cuticles around that skin, you just start putting it around there.

Not only is it only going to glow and look beautiful, but once it dries right in your skin, it’s not going to feel oily, very healthy. I use this on a regular basis. Anywhere that you have irritation, argan oil can do wonderful things for you. So I want you to start going to the test.

I challenge you. Use a little bit of argan oil. Try it on your face, use it on your cuticles. Do a little drainage, a little massage, stimulate those muscles so you can build that collagen and keep your face 1525 years younger. I wish you only good health.

Please share this with your friends and family. Leave your comments below. And most important, make it a great day. I’m Dr. Alan Mandel.
