The 60-Second Solution to Lowering Blood Pressure

You would you get excited that you can breathe up to 20% more oxygen by just doing one simple thing? So simple. But the result, results are amazing. And that is nasal breathing. Medical research has proven that the enzymes that have been found in the nose, and particularly the perinasal sinuses, produce nitric oxide.

Now, this is powerful. Why? Because nitric oxide is a vasodilator. That means that areas from the back of the nose, going down the bronchus to the bronchioles, all the way down into the lungs, those areas open up wider.

This brings in more oxygen to the lungs. Therefore, the red blood cells can pick up that oxygen and deliver it to all the cells in the body, keeping you healthy. And why is that so important? Because now you have less resistance in the arteries.

The heart has to do less work. That means lowered blood pressure and those common diseases of heart disease, high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, digestive tract issues, irritable bowel syndrome, and erectile dysfunction are all tied in to better circulation.

And that means more oxygen. So here’s what nitric oxide will do for your body. It will increase blood flow. The blood vessels will relax, allowing them to expand. And this will allow blood nutrients and oxygen to flow freely to every part throughout your body. And when you exercise, this is even a greater asset, because this will deliver more oxygen and blood flow to the muscles, as well as help accelerate healing.

And this will also deliver more blood flow to the mitochondria. The mitochondria is a heart of every cell within your body, and that will give you substantial amounts of energy, as well as keeping your cells healthy.

And nitric oxide also will support healthy blood viscosity, as well as supporting the healthy arterial lining, preventing cardiovascular disease, allowing the inner lumen of those arteries to stay healthy, to allow normal blood flow to travel throughout your cardiovascular system. And nitric oxide will also help support blood sugar levels.

It will make you more insulin sensitive. It will help normalize the balance of glucose and insulin to take stress off the pancreas. That nitric oxide flowing through your bloodstream plays a tremendous role when it comes to your brain.

It has a direct effect of the neurons to help your brain stay healthy. And the production of nitric oxide also helps protect against other types of infections, including viruses and parasites. It regulates the activity of the immune cells and releases inflammatory mediators, helping to protect the body from infections and diseases.

The majority of our population breathes more from the mouth. It’s much more shallow breathing. Start breathing more from the nasal region. I challenge you.

You will start to see tremendous results. At first it might feel a little funny, but when you start breathing through the nasal region, even if you’re congested, that nitric oxide will continue to develop from those enzymes deep in the sinus cavity.

Your breathing will become so much easier and you will feel so much better. Please share this video with your friends and family. Leave your comments below. And most important, make it a great day. I’m Dr. Alan Mandel.
