The Absolute Best Foods To Cleanse And Repair Your Liver
Welcome, everyone. Dr. Mandel here. Did you know that your liver is the main organ within your whole body that’s responsible for detoxification? Now, think about all the foods that we ingest, including all the medicine and drugs, as well as all the things that we inhale. Smoking, pollution, excessive sugars, excessive fats, refined foods that we eat every day. All this causes toxins to accumulate in our liver.

They’re great in omega three s.
Your tunas, your salmon, your mackerel. Don’t be afraid to eat healthy fats, your olive oils, your nuts. That’s what you need to help clean your liver. All these strategies will definitely help your liver, but please help yourself first.
