Yes, it does have medicinal healing properties. So let me share them with you and hopefully it will make great changes in your life. Now, there’s nothing like lemon water. Because it’s low in calories, there’s no added sugar to it.

And a half a lemon and a glass of water has a total of about six calories. As if you compare it to a glass of orange juice or apple juice that has 110 calories. And that’s 20 to 25 grams of sugar per eight ounce glass.

And there’s nothing like taking a glass of water and adding a half a lemon to it. That can really do many things for your body when it comes to boosting your metabolic rate, helping prepare digestion, where those enzymes will start to work properly and more efficient, as well as increasing peristalsis.
