The brain, one of the five vital organs in our body. The brain is the body’s control center. It forms the core of our central nervous system by creating, sending and processing nerve impulses, thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and much more. And the heart, the most important organ of our circulatory system.

This delivers oxygenated blood to all the cells of our body. And the heart has an electrical system within it. And these electrical impulses keeps the heart beating normally where it has consistent rhythm. And the lungs it works with the heart to help oxygenate blood.

And the lungs will expand with help of the diaphragm so oxygen can be breathed in. And in exploration of our lungs, our lungs will blow out the waste of carbon dioxide and our liver, one of the most important organs of our metabolic system.

This helps in converting nutrients into usable substances. It detoxifies certain substances. It filters blood coming in from the digestive tract, it produces bile, it makes cholesterol, it clears bilirubin CPL -4 from the blood and it stores glucose.

And the kidneys also produce urine. When they remove waste from the blood, urine flows out of the kidneys, through the ureters, then down to the urinary bladder and out the urethra. And there are other non vital organs.

Yes, we can survive without them, although it can cause complications still within our bodies. The gallbladder that stores bile and helps digestion of fats in the small intestine, the pancreas produces enzymes to help digest food and convert it into energy.

It produces the release of insulin, which helps the body remove glucose from the blood to convert it to energy. The stomach helps store food and breaks it down through enzymes so proper digestion can occur. The intestines, the tubes that help filter out waste absorb water and certain electrolytes and help digest food.

And these organs form organ systems, which is composed of the nervous system, the reproductive system, the skin, the muscular system, the endocrine system, the immune system, the digestive system and the circulatory system. 65% to 70% of our body is made up of water.

And without water, our body degrades water, prevents constipation, AIDS in digestion, supports kidney health, boosts skin health, makes you work out better, improves your mood, keeps you energized, helps you lose weight, boost your immune system, flushes out toxins, boosts your brain power, prevents headaches, prevents cramps and sprains, regulates body temperature.

It’s necessary for your heart and blood pressure. It transports minerals and nutrients throughout the body. It helps fight sickness and improves oxygen circulation. And to go back to our question, what is the worst thing that we can do when we first wake up?
