16 Natural Remedies to Detox & Clean Your Intestines
I’d like to share with you the many different ways that you can help cleanse your colon. Our colon takes a beating from poor diet, and everyone one time or another will develop cramping, abdominal painfulness, bloating, nausea, as well as constipation.
And most diseases are directly or indirectly tied into the colon. That’s our microbiome. That’s where the good bacteria flourish. We need that good bacteria in order for our bodies to stay healthy. The gut and the brain work together, and one of the most important things is hydration.
