GUT Health…#1 Reason to Mental & Physical Problems
Welcome. A healthy digestive system is so important for our health, not just to make you regular and to prevent that bloating or constipation, but this affects our microbiome, our probiotics to healthy bacteria that lives within us.
This is connected to all the organs of your body. And the most important thing is your immune system. But many people don’t realize that this system works directly with the brain. We call it the gut brain connection.
So if you suffer from constipation, diarrhea, bloating, or just chronic gut problems, your gut definitely needs to be addressed. And many of your symptoms that you’re suffering from right now can be directly related to your gut.
And when we look at another part of our health called our brain, we don’t hear so much information about that. We’re looking at only the physical body, but this gut. And that brain is affecting your thoughts, your depression, your emotion, possibly your anxiety, and many, many other problems.
You see, mental health is all about the proper balance of brain chemicals. And if you’re having problems in the gut and your gut bacteria is off, the production of neural transmitters such as dopamine, serotonin, glutamate and gamma aminobuteric acid, which is known as GABA, they’re all affected.
And that’s what’s related to your mood, your memory, your attention, your concentration, and the list goes on. So now we go to doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, or even your regular medical doctor, and we see that we’re off.
Our memory is off, our chemicals are off. We’re having anxiety and depression and these mood swings. And you go on medication, but no one’s talking about the gut. And I can promise you that when you start addressing the gut and start feeding its prebiotics, those Cybol fibers, as well as those probiotics, those fermented foods, your keffers, your yogurts or supplements, you may be taken.
And this stands the reason why you need to have a healthy gut, because your brain is directly tied into your gut. So if you notice that your memory, your concentration, your anxiety, your mood swings, don’t look at the medication first. Look at the healthy diet.
Look at the symptoms that you’re having within your gut. If you’re having gas, bloating, constipation, IBS, and if it’s not working right, you need to get it right by getting on the right diet and taking care of your gut health. And I hope this video serves you well.
